– Any request for ticket transfer must be made in writing and approved by the organizing committee before the transfer can be processed. The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse any transfer requests made without prior notification. - *Non-Refundability of Payments:*
– All payments made for ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
– No refunds will be processed for completed ticket purchases unless otherwise stated by the event organizer and approved by management. - *Transaction Handling Responsibility:*
– The credit card holder is solely responsible for all transactions made with their credit card.
– Any payment-related issues must be reported promptly to the respective credit card provider and/or the event organizer. - *Agreement to Terms:*
– By making a payment using a credit card, the cardholder agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in the ticket purchase process.
– The event organizer reserves the right to modify or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice. - *Limitation of Liability:*
– The event organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the purchase of tickets using a credit card. - *Additional Terms:*
– Additional terms, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of ticket purchase and will form part of the purchase agreement.
